Therefore, since the establishment of Ozan Company, the company signed a joint cooperation agreement with the Support Factory for Metal Industries based in Jordan in order to start work on projects related to the work of metal industries

1-Pre-Engineered Buildings

The pre-engineered steel building system is, without doubt, one of the fastest growing building systems in the world..

Buildings, to suit specific needs, are designed, engineered, manufactured and shipped in less than 8 weeks and at a cost that is as low as 30 percent of the cost of conventional steel buildings (when compared to speed of occupancy and space usability).

Products

Main Framing

Rigid frame members are built-up sections made of high grade steel plate conforming to ASTM A 572M with Yielding Strength not less than 345 N/mm2. Main Framing can take any of the above common used geometry.

Secondary Framing

Purlins and girts are one of secondary structural members made of high grade hot galvanized cold formed steel conforming to ASTM A 607 Grade 345 N/mm2. Secondary framing can take any of the above common used geometry.

Roof and Wall Single Skin Panels

The panels used in the construction of SUPPORTS pre-engineered buildings are composed of the following: Base metal of either Zinc-alume or Galvanized coated steel. An exterior surface coating on painted panels of 15 microns of epoxy primer with a highly durable polyester finish. An interior surface coating on painted panels of 10 microns of epoxy primer and modified polyester or foam spec.

Building Accessories

Building Accessories and special buyouts include sliding doors, roll-up doors, personnel doors, fiberglass insulation, louvers, windows and ridges ventilators.

Panel Related Accessories

Eave gutters, downspouts, skylights, flashing and trims are produced from the same material (base metal, thickness, substrate coating, paint finish and color) as the wall panels of the building. Also some accessories are used to facilitate roof penetration avoiding water leakage, such as roof curb and roof jack.

Roof and Wall Sandwich Panels

The outer and inner metal skins of Sandwich Panels conform to the same specifications as the single skin painted panels described above. In addition, Insulated Panels have a factory injected Polyisocyanurate (PIR) core which has been recognized as the most resistant material to heat transmission.

A- Steel Grating

MATERIALS
Mild Steel grating load bars are manufactured from steel .

TOP SURFACE

Typically supplied with a plain surface. On our most popular products a Serrated surface (S) is also available. Please refer to the loading charts in this section of the catalogue to see which Mild Steel grating types are available with a Serrated surface.

The “S” at the end of the code represents a Serrated surface, no notation represents a plain surface. Grating will be assumed plain surface unless Sis dictated at the end of the product code or is clearly specified as Serrated. Eg- 255/1S or 255/1 Serrated

EXAMPLE OF A SERRATED SURFACE PRODUCT CODE:
325/2S = 32x5mm load bars at 40mm centres, cross bars at 100mm centres (Serrated surface)
EXAMPLE OF PLAIN SURFACE PRODUCT CODE:
255/1 = 25x5mm load bars at 30mm centres, cross bars at 100mm centres (plain surface)

B- FRP GRATING:

Available with a variety of surfaces and colours, lightweight / nonconductive / non sparking. Used in environments where the physical properties are critical due to its corrosion resistant properties.

Resin Selection:

Isophthalic polyester resin (I) – most commonly used FRP grating resin, industrial grade resin, great for environments where fibre glass grating may occasionally be in contact with harsh chemicals due to splashes or spills.

Vinyl ester resin (V) – Developed to withstand frequent and direct contact in the harshest of chemical environments. Type V is ideal for acidic and caustic environments.

STAIR TREADS:

Available in Steel, Aluminium and FRP options.

Stair treads can be manufactured at any width and length to suit your application. In steel and aluminium, stair treads can be supplied with a banded end / welded fixing or bolted end to suit your requirements. To compliment our stair treads we can also provide them with no nosing, a floor plate nosing, or a yellow abrasive nosing to best suit your application.
